The Ambitious Group seeks an experienced Property or Lettings Manager to support the Head of Acquisition in delivering properties to quality standards and lowest full-life cost.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of five Property Negotiators/Managers
  • Negotiating lease agreements
  • Undertaking quality assurance on new properties with the Head of Acquisition
  • Collating and developing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Reviewing the pipeline to monitor allocation, volumes, and timescales, and dealing with potential issues
  • Attending external stakeholder meetings as required
  • Developing opportunities for new property streams through landlords, agents, and developers

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of the Lettings market and current legislation
  • Understanding of HMOs and associated compliance
  • Experience managing a team and being a leader
  • Desire to help people less fortunate
  • Full UK driving licence
