We are recruiting for a Senior Portfolio Manager - UK Operations to manage a portfolio of accounts across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple customer relationships within the FM industry, including legal, technology and professional services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial and Commercial Control / Accountability: The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for ensuring financial and commercial control over a £15 million portfolio of accounts.
  • Leadership and Development: They will lead and develop a team of management professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Supply Chain and Vendor Management: The Senior Portfolio Manager will oversee the supply chain and vendor management process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
  • Customer Relationships: They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contract Growth and Depth: The Senior Portfolio Manager will drive contract growth and depth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Commercial Opportunities: They will identify commercial opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Senior Point of Escalation: The Senior Portfolio Manager will act as the senior point of escalation for all client-related issues.
  • Technology and Data: They will harness technology and data to deliver cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
