About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Building Surveying team as an apprentice. As a Building Surveyor Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate projects, including industrial, office, and multi-academy trusts. You will also have the support of our experienced team to complete your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of real estate projects, including industrial, office, and multi-academy trusts
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge in building surveying
  • Complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the support of our experienced team
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Develop leadership qualities and skills to energize and motivate others

Requirements

  • Full driving license
