What We Offer

As an apprentice in our Building Surveying team, you'll join us on a five-year journey to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate, including industrial, office, and multi-academy trust properties. At the same time, we'll support you in completing your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).


Key Responsibilities

As a Building Surveyor Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of property valuations and reports
  • Conducting site visits and inspections
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on property-related matters
  • Supporting the team in delivering projects and services
