Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Youth Support Professional to join our team at Brook Street UK.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Support Worker to provide 24-hour care and support to children and young people living in one of our residential homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.50+ per hour (plus additional holiday pay), as well as access to comprehensive training and development opportunities. Our benefits package also includes pay related perks such as paid time off and career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with children and young people who display Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential requirements.
