Leading Anaesthetics Practitioner

As a Senior Theatre Nurse/Occupational Therapist in Anaesthetics at The Manor Hospital, you will be registered with the appropriate governing body and have relevant qualifications and experience. You should bring post-registration experience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can work autonomously and make full use of their expertise to shape the health of the nation. Our hospital operates 6 well-equipped operating theatres with 64 ensuite rooms, providing a broad range of surgical specialties and clinics.
The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes weekend work. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. We operate out of modern facilities located near the historic City of Oxford, within easy reach of London, the Thames Valley, and the Midlands.
Key responsibilities include supervising, supporting, and developing junior members of staff, creating high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based, and interacting well with colleagues on the ward.
