CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking a skilled Highways Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile highway projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and client project teams.
- Ensure construction activities adhere to project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in managing change orders and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize expertise in highway and transportation infrastructure projects, with a focus on active travel, walkways, and cycleways.
- Experience working on multiple projects with values between £100,000 and £25 million is highly desirable.
- Possess relevant NEC contract and professional qualifications.
- Stay up-to-date with CDM, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
- Hold a valid driving license and business insurance.
- Hold an appropriate level of CSCS Card.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in highway and transportation infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and professional qualifications.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
