At The Electric Car Scheme, we're revolutionizing the way we think about transportation, and we're looking for a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial function, you'll play a vital role in driving sales performance, streamlining operations, and ensuring the success of our Electric Car Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations and develop the RevOps framework within our commercial function.
  • Oversee the operating rhythm and ensure the creation and accuracy of performance data for both teams and individuals.
  • Partner with the Product team to raise, prioritize, and deliver key initiatives, contributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market operations.
  • Take responsibility for a set of 'no-code' functionality and automations in our sales software.
  • Engage with external software providers to ensure we access the correct tool and utilize functionality that can add value.
