We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sheridan Maine South. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve accounts payable queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and manage the weekly payment run, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate payment processing
  • Oversee supplier payments and ensure timely processing, minimizing delays and errors
