About the Role

As a Residential Progression Expert, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships and ensuring a smooth completion of the home buying process. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, surveyors, and vendors, to gather required documents and ensure that all parties are informed and updated throughout the process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Register client details and chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies.
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion.

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of success in similar roles. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from all walks of life. You will also be able to multitask and excel in managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.

What's on Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive basic annual salary between £17,500 and £22,000, depending on experience, with the potential to earn up to £25,000 per year through our Sales Progressor Scheme. This scheme offers quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline, as well as dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development.
