About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Golf Services Associate to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Golf Services Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our golf facilities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the golf services facilities to the expected high standards, including the boot room, locker room, and outside service areas.
  • Undertake starter duties, course ranging, and buggy hire to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member and guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Golf Services Department to achieve the highest level of service and maintain a positive and respectful team environment.
