About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Golf Services Associate to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Golf Services Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the golf services facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in the boot room and locker room to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Undertake starter duties, course ranging, and maintain outside service areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and guests
  • Assist with buggy hire and other golf-related tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the game of golf is desirable but not essential. You will also need to be eligible to live and work in the UK and have documented evidence of eligibility.
