As a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic, you will be part of our 12-week training program, which offers a unique opportunity to upskill and pursue a career as a licensed Aircraft Engineer.

Our team is responsible for maintaining Ryanair's fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft at our Hangar facility in Prestwick International Airport, Scotland. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance tasks as required, ensuring a high standard of work and compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to our Health and Safety policy.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have successfully completed an engineering qualification and have experience working in a hands-on role, such as a motor vehicle mechanic, electrician, or fabricator. Alternatively, you may have previously worked in a role that involves manual labor and are eager to transition into the aviation industry.

We welcome applications from school leavers who show a keen interest in engineering and a willingness to learn. All successful candidates must provide a clean Disclosure Scotland certificate and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
