Key Responsibilities:
Delivering expert physiotherapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions.Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Carefully assessing and treating patients with multiple pathologies, psychological, and social problems.Line managing junior staff members and students, ensuring they receive adequate supervision and support.Staying up-to-date with current best practices in rehabilitation physiotherapy, reflecting on your performance, and critically appraising your actions.Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting open communication and empathy.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A diploma or degree in physiotherapy.Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Evidence of continuous professional development, including attendance at recent postgraduate courses.Salary: £38,050 - £44,541 per annum, dependent on experience.
