Job Title: Development Surveyor

Encyclis Limited is seeking a skilled Development Surveyor to join our team, responsible for identifying business opportunities and driving the development of new initiatives. This role will focus on diversifying revenue streams of our operating sites and under-construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of development projects, from initial site evaluation to completion.
  • Site Development: Manage site surveys, risk assessments, environmental assessments, and land acquisition processes.
  • Financial Appraisal: Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate contracts and agreements with landowners, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Liaison: Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Innovation: Seek and develop new business opportunities beyond traditional revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally within the Energy or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Surveying, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) or working towards it is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, a driven individual that moves projects forward.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £45,000- £50,000 per annum
  • Car allowance: £5,000
  • Bonus: Up to 20% of salary based on company and personal performance metrics
