Job Description: Wastewater Operations Trainer

Join the Shorterm Group as a Wastewater Operations Trainer and contribute to the development of the next generation of wastewater professionals. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of learners across the board.

To succeed in this position, you will require relevant qualifications in the water industry, solid math and English skills, and a full driving license. Experience in assessing learners and monitoring delivery products is also essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, a creative approach to training material design, and a collaborative mindset.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000-£45,000, depending on training experience, as well as a car allowance and 31 days of holiday. Our pension scheme provides a secure future for our employees.

The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with a flair for coaching and facilitation, able to inspire others to achieve their goals.
