Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our UK & Ireland Construction Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving projects forward from Final Investment Decision (FID) to Commercial Operation Delivery (COD) safely, on time, to quality and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, utilities, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Tender for long-lead items and negotiate payment and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely discharge of planning conditions and proper project execution.
  • Participate in tendering and negotiation of Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BoP) scopes and contracts.
  • Supervise and manage TSA & BoP through the delivery phase.
  • Oversee budgeting and scheduling for assigned projects.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the management team and offer support and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized Project Management qualifications, such as PRINCE 2 or APMP Professional.
  • Health and safety certifications, including SMSTS, NEBOSH, or IOSH accreditation.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and working under commercial contract frameworks like NEC3/4 or FIDIC.
  • Proven experience in delivering utility-scale onshore wind projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Autodesk Viewer, and Visio (or similar PM software).
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
