About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Project Manager to join our team at SSEN Transmission. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of transmission projects, working closely with our experienced project managers and teams to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of scope elements on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan, execute, and monitor projects during the refinement and construction phases.
  • Work closely with contractors to successfully deliver projects, with opportunities to be based both in the office and on-site.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
About the Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme that provides a comprehensive development experience, with opportunities to work on a range of projects and gain exposure to different areas of the business. You will have the chance to work with experienced professionals, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the delivery of our transmission projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant discipline, such as Project Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a STEM-related subject. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
