We are seeking a talented Graduate Project Manager to join our team at SSEN Transmission. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of transmission projects, working closely with our experienced project managers and teams to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of scope elements on time and within budget.
Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a project management role. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including the Eastern Green Link (EGL) Project, a 2GW HVDC link from Peterhead to Drax, and the ASTI Offshore Delivery Team, which is responsible for managing the design development, refinement, and construction phases of transmission projects.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with project managers and teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects during the refinement and construction phases.
- Work closely with contractors to successfully deliver projects, with opportunities to be based both in the office and on-site.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
