About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Project Manager to join our team at SSEN Transmission. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of transmission projects, working closely with our experienced project managers and teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the design development, refinement, and construction phases of transmission projects
  • Collaborate with the wider team and contractors to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of scope elements on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and contractors
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline, such as project management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
