We are seeking a talented Syndicate Capital Team Head to lead our syndicate capital team and drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the syndicate capital team's in-housing and continual build-out of its capabilities, supporting and providing oversight to non-syndicate EII capital requirements, and contributing to and leading capital discussions, including with the capital working party and Syndicate Board.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Maths, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a similar field, and be a qualified Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) or similar. They will also have significant Lloyd's internal capital model and governance experience, as well as excellent IT skills, including MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Power BI, and ResQ.

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for capital modeling, we encourage you to apply.
