Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement capital markets strategies to support the hedge fund's objectives in emerging markets, investment-grade, and FIG securities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of capital raising and syndication efforts, from origination to execution.
  • Leverage expertise in financial institutions (FIG) to structure and manage bond issuance and capital solutions for banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.

**Capital Markets Strategy & Execution:**

This role requires a strong background in syndication, with experience working on the syndication desk of a leading investment bank. The ideal candidate will have hands-on deal execution responsibility and a proven track record in debt capital markets (DCM).

The successful candidate will work closely with the legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure all transactions are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal traders, analysts, and portfolio managers to deliver integrated solutions that optimize investment outcomes.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 13+ years of experience in capital markets, with a specific focus on syndication in EM fixed income.
  • Proven track record in debt capital markets (DCM) with experience originating, structuring, and syndicating bonds.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
