Job Role:

We are seeking an Office Environment Specialist to join our team at Twinings Ovaltine. As an Office Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our commercial property in Andover, ensuring it remains a safe and enjoyable space for employees and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office and communal areas, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and visitors.
  • Manage the gatehouse and reception team, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the on-site catering team to develop and implement new services.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities or front of house roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Line management experience, supporting direct reports to achieve their full potential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
