Job Summary:
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our client, a large Global Pharma company, on a 6-12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage small civils projects to maintain the site's high quality standards and assets.
- Review and approve contractor induction, risk assessment, and method statements prior to any work being undertaken on site.
- Assess and agree completion of work with contractors.
- Multi-skilled with electrical, mechanical, and/or air conditioning qualifications.
- Sound knowledge and experience of building services and Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Mechanical or electrical skills through time-served apprenticeship or relevant experience with relevant practical experience.
