Job Type: Full Time / Part Time (min 30 hours / week)

About Our Organisation:

Oxbury & Company is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors. We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor / Employers Agent to deliver Project Management and Employers Agent Services to a wide range of private and public sector clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide services on a range of exciting and innovative projects including zero carbon, Passivhaus and modular construction residential and commercial schemes. This includes responsibility for project delivery, achieving targets, resolving issues with clients and invoicing. You'll work as part of an Associate Director-led team with appropriate administrative and technical support and you'll be responsible for assisting with training and supervising more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide project management and employers agent services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

About You:

  • You'll need to have a Construction Management or Quantity Surveying degree or post-graduate qualification, or other relevant RICS/CIOB accredited degree
  • You'll have significant experience in the role of a Construction Project Manager or Employers Agent with a private practice or consultancy
  • You'll have experience in the commercial / industrial and residential sectors
