The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and experience in managing sales teams. You will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of finance suppliers and packages, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

A salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per year is on offer, along with a company car, benefits such as up to 33 days holiday per annum, and comprehensive training.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role within our sales team, requiring a high level of expertise and experience in automotive sales and management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional sales teams to achieve exceptional sales results

Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales leadership or management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A full driving licence with no excessive penalty points
