About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Kings Lynn as a temporary 12-month contract to cover Maternity leave. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit for their sleep solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their preferences and advise them on high-value purchases, using our market-leading sleep technology to help them choose the right mattress.
  • Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including general housekeeping, cleaning, and updating displays.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive and inclusive store experience.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a people-first approach, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. You should be motivated to work towards sales targets, a team player, and willing to learn and develop your skills. Flexibility is also essential, as you will be required to work full-time (38.5 hours per week) including weekends and bank holidays.
