Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting sales initiatives in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, fixtures, and store appearance.
  • Support sales initiatives, including promoting products, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Perform various in-store activities, including merchandising, receiving deliveries, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
  • Flexible working hours, with no weekend working.
