Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Provide accurate cost management and project valuation for Mechanical & Electrical works.
- Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Client Communication:
- Provide regular financial progress updates and advise clients on cost implications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
