Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Join our team as an Area Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a strong consultative sales process, technical product knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing a number of close dealer partner accounts while bringing on new customers in the region. You will have autonomy on pricing, promotions, and rebates, and will work closely with our Technical Area Manager to provide engineering assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners, end-users, and other stakeholders
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers and dealer partners
  • Work closely with the Technical Area Manager to provide engineering assistance and support
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven consultative sales process and technical product knowledge
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
