Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing a number of close dealer partner accounts while bringing on new customers in the region.
About the Role:
- Grow a number of close dealer partner accounts while bringing on new customers in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, dealers, and merchants.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and training to customers and dealers.
- Work closely with the Technical Area Manager to provide engineering assistance and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
About You:
- Proven experience in technical field sales, preferably in the power tools industry.
- Demonstrable consultative sales process and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Comfortable demonstrating technical products and providing training to customers and dealers.
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
