Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure of our small financial services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network and Cyber Security, with experience in managing a small IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards
  • Lead the Cyber Security and networking efforts to ensure the highest security standards
  • Manage and enhance IT operations effectively, requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
  • Train and mentor a support engineer to assist in day-to-day running and user support
  • Work 5 days on site, with European language skills a plus

About the Role:

This is a hands-on IT Manager position, requiring a strong technical background and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, leading Cyber Security and networking efforts, and managing IT operations.
