About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and performing various sales and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with sales inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and ship orders, and perform cycle counts.
  • Sales and Operations: Assist with sales and marketing efforts, manage sales reports, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Warehouse and Logistics: Receive and process inventory, perform deliveries, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to meet our driving record requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and math aptitude
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Teamwork: Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
