About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
