About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our home meets the highest standards of care and compliance. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and staff, as well as promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure that our home meets the highest standards of care and compliance
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure the effective operation of the home
  • Promote a culture of kindness and compassion within the home
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification and current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership and management experience in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of care professionals
