Your Mission

Welcome to your new role as our next O&M Field Engineer. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Identifying problems and developing corrective action plans
  • Scheduling and executing preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Traveling to project sites and vendor locations to perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required
  • Performing electric, mechanical, and software component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting in accordance with specifications
  • Providing timely written review reports from field operations, status, and constructive feedback as requested
  • Responding to emergency call-outs
  • Ensuring that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM requirements and warranties
  • Recording and reporting all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders
  • Managing and monitoring the stock of spare parts and spare units on-site and applying timely stock refills
  • Managing subcontractors and monitoring their work results
  • Following applicable local Health and Safety instructions and regulations and developing and managing local HSE regulations for site activities
Your Profile
  • Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer, with a strong understanding of AC/DC, low/medium voltage, and electrical conduits
  • Knowledge of PV inverter systems is a plus
  • H&S training for accessing construction sites (60 hours basic training, specific electrical)
  • English language skills at least at C1 level
  • Driving license is essential for the job
  • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations
  • Willingness to travel
