About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Site Night Duty Manager to join our team at Search. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards and ensuring the seamless operation of concierge services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support night concierge teams across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Operations Manager, building management, and staff to ensure concierge personnel uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, effectively addressing feedback, inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of concierge desks and lobby areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure concierge areas comply with safety and security protocols.
- Liaise with the management team to promptly address any operational concerns.
- Provide direct concierge services when needed, ensuring resident needs are met efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee the seamless operation of concierge services across all sites.
- Manage security protocols, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
- Respond to and manage security incidents or emergencies as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a concierge or front-of-house hotel role.
- Experience managing/ supervising a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
