About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Major Trauma Unit. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients recovering from major trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the right care, right place, and right patient.
- Build relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting equality of opportunity and valuing diversity.
Person Specification
Essential
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Experience of working in a trauma setting
Desirable
- Assessor / mentor qualification
- Working towards post-registration qualifications relevant to area of work
