Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a best-in-class colleague communication and engagement experience that aligns with our business strategy and values.

  • Maintaining and developing the SMR intranet as the central hub for internal communications.
  • Crafting and publishing compelling content, including regular updates via Poppulo.
  • Developing and managing a comprehensive calendar of internal communications activity, ensuring seamless alignment with our corporate objectives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to acquire valuable content and insights.

Key Accountabilities

In this position, you will collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications and other key stakeholders to ensure our communication strategies foster a connected and motivated workforce. Key accountabilities include:

  • Establishing a robust stakeholder network across the business within six months.
  • Designing and maintaining a well-structured calendar of internal communications activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrable experience within an Internal Communications environment.
  • Proven expertise with tools like SharePoint and Poppulo.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, enabling you to convert complex information into captivating content.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of £58,000 - £70,000, plus a performance-based bonus, a generous pension plan with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions, private medical insurance, and a flexible benefits allowance.
