We are seeking an experienced Project Planning and Coordination professional to join our team at HP4 Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning and resource scheduling support to Project Managers and the Engineering design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules encompassing design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, project teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Monitor project schedules throughout the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution.
  • Support the Project Manager in effective scenario and resource planning activities.
  • Ensure that head office requirements are fully integrated into the planning functions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive program experience within a project-based team.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
