Job Summary

Our prestigious private members club in South West London is seeking a skilled Governance professional to join their team on a part-time basis.

Company Overview

The club is steeped in history and is embarking on a period of modernisation and development of its laws, bye-laws, and wider policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance and company secretarial duties, with the ability to navigate the club's committee members and stakeholders through this time of positive change.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Secretary & Chief Executive, as well as The Chief of Staff, bringing their experience to the fore in helping to navigate the club through this time of change.

The Governance professional will be responsible for advising on governance and company secretarial matters, as well as explaining and educating stakeholders on a level that they will understand.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have documented experience of working in various organisations, supporting on a wide range of company secretarial and governance matters.

Experience of working with membership organisations would be of particular interest, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
