The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing relationships with bathroom showrooms and retailers throughout Wales.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with showroom managers and buyers to provide product insights, support, and solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bathroom showroom managers and retail buyers across Wales, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and ensuring the company's bathroom products are well represented across the region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert product knowledge and advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Effectively manage the Wales territory, ensuring regular contact with key accounts and identifying new prospects.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive business success.
Requirements

A proven track record in field sales, ideally within the construction products or bathroom industry, with experience managing retailer or showroom relationships.

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and buyers.

Highly organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage a large territory and work independently.

A proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service.
