About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with care providers to support individuals in reducing their care needs and improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective therapy programs to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with care agencies and carers to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with care providers and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist in a reablement or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong moving and handling knowledge and single-handed skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
