We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations for customers and manage stock levels for the plumbing and heating category
  • Deal with customers face-to-face and over the telephone, offering excellent customer service and product advice
  • Take a proactive approach to sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of plumbing and heating products and previous sales experience in a merchant environment
  • Confidence in dealing with customers and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
