We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Provide quotations and negotiate sales to meet customer requirements
  • Purchase materials and manage stock levels for the plumbing and heating category
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant environment or a builders' merchant environment
  • Sound knowledge of plumbing and heating products and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Confident and proactive approach to sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
