About this role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As the head of maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of property maintenance are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, with hands-on experience of trade skills such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. You should also be able to lead a team, manage budgets, and liaise with contractors.
