Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Delamere School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, security, and facilities management of our school premises and site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of school premises and equipment.
  • Ensure the security of the school site and premises.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement a facilities management plan to ensure the school's facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
  • Identify and address any maintenance or facilities issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to identify and address maintenance and facilities issues promptly.
