Main Responsibilities
  • Provide visible, professional nursing leadership and support to our nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage and monitor ward activities, ensuring compliance with legal and professional requirements.
  • Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of senior staff, ensuring effective operation of the ward.

Cancer Services for people living in South West Wales are provided by the South West Wales Cancer Centre, based at Singleton Hospital. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with experience in Oncology and Haematology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: Substantial post-qualifying experience, SACT competence, and UKONS triage experience.
