We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Healthcare Division as an Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on medical insurance coverage and health law matters
  • Represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews
  • Handle a wide range of clinical negligence claims
  • Work on previous claims and inquest experience
