We are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a mechanical background to oversee our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Job Description:
  • Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and goals.
  • Coordinate and supervise mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety protocols, quality standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all site activities, including reports, permits and inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in projects involving mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background (qualifications or equivalent experience).
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, installations and related processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with specific software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
